Sounds terrific. By the way, one of my collegues has been doing social science research on climate-related communication and resilient communities. Here's a paper she wrote on urban audiences: http://ej.iop.org/links/rIqwlf37X/2HT0DUzh2xGUFEyvav5vpA/erl6_1_014006.pdf
Obviously, communities will have a wide range of dynamics behind what works/what doesn't, but understanding the behavioral dimension is key.
